OT please~

July is here......
Lower half of the year signifies daily production quantity also being curtailed half... No more OT for foreigners until 10 o'clock at night for RM32.50 a day.
So, how are the foreigners going to live with this low wages of RM20 a day without OT?
Do the maths:- working for 26 days with OT: RM845; w/o OT: RM520.
With this such a three-hundreds and twenty-five bucks huge difference, even you asked them not to OT, I am sure they will try their best ever to "create" the OT. hahaha. They know to play tricks by slowing down their progress and then what? They manage to get the OT lo~ So clever yet so stupid. "You thought boss will grant you-ah?"
What so funny is even local operators dislike OT, they manage to live with that RM20 per day (Maybe it's just for personal spending). Thus, you can see how hardworking are the foreigners to make ends meet in our land.

Sorry, Madam~ I have no idea of....

....... what were you thinking about. Crap!

Okay, here's the short story.

After the inspection of FDA (US Food and Drug Administration), you, Your FACTORY got so many NCs ie. NONCONFORMANCEs. I am one of the "staffs" who help you to do the closing report: we changed the sanitizing bottles, correct this correct that, hoping to see changes in stubborn operators. So that, we all do not need to rush and "pretend" when next audit is coming.

BUT,
after all these corrective actions, you are the one who said: "after you take the photos for FDA to see,you please change the bottles back to the old one, coz I don't want them dirty the bottles and when auditors come just put the new back"

*rolling my eyes* Come On!
Your OLD sanitizing bottles have already banned by MOH, now you still want to use that NC's bottles?

You can't always give them to see the "Good Pretending Side" of your factory, but you need to train your operators. Takkan you cannot ask your operators to clean the bottles daily to keep the bottles always clean? That's the only solution. Practice Make Perfect maaaa, tiok bo? Foreigners operators cannot be pampered like that. Remember you are a FOOD FACTORY!!! Hygienic is the core obligation.

A kind girl: that's ME

I have to say I am really really a kind-hearted girl. Why? Coz I am too nice to accept my supervisor's request in fetching her to breast-feed her son daily.

Here's the thoughts:
Thinking negatively: Why am I suppose to fetch her? Because she is the one who supervise me in internship? She could call her hubby to fetch her instead. Is my car's fuel too much to spend nowhere?

Thinking positively: It's just a stop-off at a taman on the way. Since I have to go out for lunch everyday, it should not be a problem for me to fetch her to the house. Moreover, she will treat me a dollar fruits - jambu batu or mango in return even though I am paiseh to get it...

But, I think I deserve it: I mean the free fruits. Wahahahaha.

Intern equals to slave

Internship days - it can be also called slavery days with no doubt *old news I know*
With no strings attached... I can do whatever you ask. BUT, don't ever take for granted that I should settle all your mess.
